Shipping policy

As our commitment is to ensure 100% patient satisfaction, we want to make certain your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. To avoid delivery delays please make sure you use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, our customer service team will contact you in order to resolve these issues. If after three contact attempts,  and you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

Of course, mistakes happen, so no worries! If you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please email customercare@7luxeboutique.com ASAP. Please understand that weekend availability is limited, our goal is to respond to all emails in a timely manner however, we do ask for 48 hours to reply to all emails and phone messages. We will do our best to accommodate your request and update the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from 7Luxe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly. 7 Luxe DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that states DELIVERED.

As a friendly reminder, you will receive an order confirmation and your order within 5-7 business days from the date that your order is shipped out, this does not mean from the date that it is placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order.  The standard date is an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, please contact the US Post Office. Refunds will not be provided for packages that state being delivered. USPS Priority Mail is offered to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to custom charges by your native country.
