WHAT SIZE ARE YOUR MODELS?

  • 7 Luxe Boutique is created with all women in mind! With that being said, our models height and sizes varies. If you have a question regarding sizing for a particular style please email customercare@7luxeboutique.com

DO YOU OFFER CASH REFUNDS?

  • We certainly understand there may be a need to return merchandise however, we do not offer cash refunds. Please see Refund Policy for details.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

  • Our goal is to have orders shipped within 2 business days. Once an order is placed, please allow up to 2 business for processing. Once it's been processed, you can expect it to be delivered within 3-5 more business days UNLESS otherwise stated.

 

DO YOU  RESTOCK ITEMS?

  • Not typically!  Our goal is to keep you styling the latest and greatest styles, so make sure you "Add to Cart" and "Purchase" all of your 7 Luxe Favs!


DO YOU OFFER PICKUP OPTIONS?

  • No, our company does not offer pickup options. All orders will be shipped via our mail courier to the address on file.

 

 

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?

No worries, that could be a pending transaction and NOT a actual double charge to your account. If you see more than one pending transactions do not panic, your bank will release the pending authorization within 24-72 hours. You will NEVER be charged twice.

HOW DO I USE A MERCHANDISE CREDIT AND A COUPON CODE?

Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. Your credit and/or discount will be applied to your purchase.
